The team of CP. Calculation of Individual Customer Credit Potential, together with the retail business, is actively working to improve the customer experience of the lending process. In our team, we strive to achieve ambitious goals, such as:
- forming credit limits for all the Bank's products for all the Bank's customers, which can be used in just a few clicks;
- updating a customer's credit limit based on their life situation;
- adding new products to the calculation of a customer's credit potential.
We are looking for an analyst who will help us enhance the processes of forming and using individual customer credit potential. Responsibilities
- development of the service for calculating products in the credit potential
- interaction with related departments to formulate business requirements
- task assignment for development and monitoring of their execution
- analytics and identification of deviations in the service's operation
- monitoring and analysis of deviations of risk metrics from the plan
Requirements
- higher education in economics/mathematics/engineering
- work experience as an analyst (2+ years) in a bank/insurance company/leasing company
- confident knowledge of SQL, Excel (report building, data analysis)
- knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing concepts, A/B testing
- experience writing Python scripts is desirable
