We are looking for an analyst to support and develop the structured deal operations function within the Investment Activity Department of Sberbank.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Managing the portfolio of structured deals for the Investment Activity Department
- Interacting with the client to reconcile upcoming and actual payments, settling any discrepancies
- Monitoring the correctness of the initial deal entry by the business team into systems
- Creating and maintaining deal registers for various purposes
- Interacting with other departments (Risk, Finance, Cybersecurity Department) within the framework of information exchange regarding Investment Activity Department deals
- Testing new IT functionality for deal operations
- Generating ideas and proposals for developing processes and systems within the deal operations function and implementing them
Requirements
Requirements:
- Higher technical / financial / economic education
- Experience in managing complex credit deals with legal entities and/or derivative operations
- Knowledge of basic financial mathematics, fundamentals of corporate finance, and IFRS principles
- Advanced Excel user
- Ability to set clear goals and work towards results
- English proficiency not lower than Intermediate (for reading documentation for deals concluded under English law)
- Experience with Power Query, writing VBA macros is a plus
