IT B2C is the largest ecosystem within Sberbank. We are a team of over 8,000 people located in 18 cities across Russia. We are engaged in the development and enhancement of retail solutions, helping to make the Bank's services more accessible, secure, and user-friendly.
Our team is responsible for developing Consumer Lending products in the Sberbank Online platform.
We are looking for a strong business/system analyst who can bridge business goals and implementation: quickly immerse themselves in the subject area, formalize requirements, develop solutions together with the team, and drive them to completion.
Development of new and modification of existing business processes
Description of business processes as is and to be, process reengineering, change management, requirements formation
Task assignment to the development team for the implementation of business processes and control over their execution
Preparation and conduct of demos on completed tasks for business customers and stakeholders
Analysis of new trends in the Consumer Lending market and assessment of the possibility of their implementation in the bank
Working with customer feedback and the product's operational risks
Defining product success metrics, building a system for collecting and analyzing product data
Analysis of product metrics, generation and testing of hypotheses for product improvement
Calculation of financial effects from implemented initiatives
Professional skills:
At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, or system analyst.
Experience in writing and agreeing on functional and business requirements;
Experience in building CJM and developing process prototypes.
Experience in setting tasks and monitoring their execution for IT units (analysts, developers, testers);
Knowledge of the software lifecycle and IT product development processes.
Knowledge of lending specifics is a plus;
Knowledge and/or experience working with the Agile methodology.
Result-oriented, systematic approach to problem-solving, time management.
Strong communication skills, ability to defend a position with reasoned arguments, ability to work in a team.
