We are looking for an industry business analyst. The main task for this role is to provide deep industry expertise for Sber's corporate clients.
The role is a key link between the client's needs, the bank's product teams, and integrator partners.

Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- conduct business analysis of industry trends (GenAI, FinTech, IoT, BIM, AI/ML, etc.)
- form and update the industry map — a structured description of the market, key players, technologies and business models, trends, hypotheses
- develop recommendations for process adjustments considering the requirements for the target system
- participate in prioritizing clients and projects based on industry potential
- participate in industry conferences as a speaker, prepare materials for events
- conduct team training on the application of current industry trends and solutions.
Requirements
What we expect from candidates:
- at least 2 years of experience in consulting or analytics within a specific industry
- experience in negotiations with key company executives (CEO, CIO, CFO)
- knowledge of industry legislation and regulation
- ability to describe AS IS / TO BE business processes
- ability to identify and describe digital transformation hypotheses
- broad knowledge of digital technologies: Fintech, Big Data, Blockchain, IoT, BI, AI/ML, ECM/ERP/CRM/WMS, Cloud
- skills in working with AI tools (GenAI, GigaChat, AI GateWay, Copilot).
