Description
We are creating a new business line related to developing cross-border partnerships and facilitating the entry of international suppliers into the Russian market and marketplaces.
Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end (E2E) processes, describe the current (As Is) and target (To Be) states.
- Conduct interviews with process participants, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization solutions.
- Develop and implement fast-to-be and target GWR processes in accordance with BPMN methodology.
- Develop and implement GWR customer journeys (CJ) in accordance with BPMN methodology.
- Assess risks and propose metrics for evaluating the economic effect of the implemented changes.
- Develop regulatory documentation (regulations, instructions, diagrams) in Russian and English.
- Register processes in the Bank's CJ and Process Registry.
- Coordinate developed processes with Branch and Bank services.
- Approve processes at the Branch's collegial bodies.
- Support developed processes and customer journeys after implementation.
- Participate in process automation working groups.
- Monitor process metrics and initiate improvements.
Requirements
- Legal education (required).
- Experience in describing and optimizing business processes (E2E, As Is / To Be).
- Proficiency in BPMN methodology, ability to build diagrams and notations.
- Interviewing and requirements gathering skills from process participants.
- Understanding of risk assessment principles and economic efficiency of changes.
- Ability to develop regulatory documentation (regulations, instructions).
- English language B1 level — for document preparation and communication.
- Attention to detail, structured approach, business communication skills.
- Experience interacting with various services (Legal, Compliance, IT) and coordinating processes.
- AI (Artificial Intelligence) skills.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with ARIS.
- Knowledge of specifics of international settlements (GWR) and foreign economic activity.
