We are creating a new business line related to developing cross-border partnerships and bringing international suppliers to the Russian market.
Our current task is to develop the line for bringing Indian manufacturers to Russian marketplaces.
Responsibilities
- analyze and formalize legal requirements for end-to-end E2E processes and customer journeys, describe current and target legally significant actions
- research data transfer flows between the Bank's ABS and B2B platforms, ensure their compliance with legislation (making them legitimate)
- develop and implement legal flowcharts and algorithms in BPMN notation within the target GWR process, guaranteeing compliance with legislation and internal regulations
- conduct interviews with lawyers and process participants, identify legal risks, propose measures for their mitigation, reduction of legal costs, and compliance violations
- develop templates for regulatory documents (agency agreements, referral program terms and conditions, consents, offers, instructions, memos) in Russian and English for GWR projects and the "Partner Channel and Referral Program for Attracting Corporate Clients in India"
- coordinate developed processes and documents with the legal service, compliance, and other departments of the Branch and PJSC
- approve legal aspects of processes at the Branch's collegial bodies (act as a co-presenter on the legal part)
- update the legal framework for developed processes and customer journeys.
Requirements
- legal education (mandatory).
- experience with ARIS — confident command of the tool, building notations and diagrams
- English from B1 — willingness to prepare documentation and communicate in an international context
- understanding of the process approach, ability to decompose tasks and see the whole picture
- attention to detail, structuredness, business communication skills
- use of AI.
Will be a plus:
- experience in international projects or with foreign partners.
- knowledge of the specifics of foreign economic activity, currency control, work with importers.
