Description
The team handles legal support for the Bank's foreign assets in the areas of corporate and labor law.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- legal support for corporate governance matters, including labor aspects, in foreign subsidiary banks of Sberbank PJSC / foreign companies of the Sber Group / foreign branches and representative offices of Sberbank PJSC
- legal support for processes of establishment/creation, as well as liquidation of organizations abroad / foreign branches and representative offices of Sberbank PJSC
- legal support for projects (deals) between Sberbank PJSC and foreign subsidiary banks of Sberbank PJSC / foreign companies of the Sber Group (banking outsourcing, etc.)
- legal support for projects (deals) involving foreign branches and representative offices of Sberbank PJSC (lease, contracting, etc.)
- interaction with the Bank of Russia and foreign regulatory bodies on supported matters (preparation of requests for clarification of legislation, petitions, etc.).
Requirements
We expect that you:
- are a specialist with a higher legal education (state-recognized diploma)
- are a specialist with at least 4 years of experience in the field of law, experience in corporate law is a priority
- have experience in legal consulting companies and legal departments of banks as a priority
- have deep and comprehensive knowledge of Russian civil and corporate law, basics of corporate and contract law of foreign jurisdictions
- are proficient in spoken and written English (level advanced and above)
- know how to use neural networks in daily work.
