We are looking for a professional in the field of legal support for medium and large businesses.
Responsibilities
- Identify and predict possible negative legal consequences and propose ways to minimize legal risks
- Conduct legal due diligence and develop the legal structure for credit and partnership deals under individual terms
- Advise staff of corporate business units and branch offices on issues arising in corporate lending
- Assess legal and reputational risks in the activities of the regional bank in the Department's area of work, submit proposals for their prevention and minimization, initiate amendments to internal regulatory documents, contractual documentation, products
- Conduct legal due diligence/approval of contracts/agreements and supplementary agreements thereto with legal entities, government bodies and local self-government bodies
- Identify, predict possible negative legal consequences and propose ways to minimize legal risks
- Prepare informational materials as part of corporate business support, including based on the results of monitoring changes in current legislation, for corporate business units and branches.
Requirements
- Higher legal education, at least 3 years of experience in the field of jurisprudence, at least 2 years of experience in the legal department of a commercial bank
- Excellent professional skills in legal support of the Bank's activities for executing credit/security and other transactions, conducting legal due diligence of transaction (structure) projects, verifying the legal capacity of transaction participants, title/identity documents, assessing legal risks and ways to minimize them
- Ability to use neural networks in daily work
- Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of Laws, Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, including resolutions, orders of executive bodies effective in the territory of the Russian Federation, related to the Bank's activities
- Knowledge of orders, instructions and other regulatory acts of the Bank of Russia related to the activities of the structural unit
- Ability to analyze and summarize judicial practice
- Ability to legally correctly qualify facts and circumstances, interpret and apply current legislation and internal bank documents, propose non-standard solutions
- High level of proficiency in legal writing techniques (literacy, logical connections, use of legal vocabulary) and experience in preparing legal opinions.
