Description
The team supports complex structured financing transactions.
Responsibilities
- legal support for syndicated loan transactions, credit support transactions of the Bank involving foreign law and/or participation of non-resident companies, documentary operations within trade finance
- analysis of applicable law, judicial practice, legal positions on matters within the aforementioned functions
- preparation of legal opinions, including on matters of legal analysis of transaction structure within functional responsibilities
- participation in structuring transactions regarding the specified functions
- participation in the preparation and analysis of credit support and other accompanying documentation
- ensuring verification of counterparties' legal capacity and the authority of their representatives
- interaction with legal consultants
- participation in negotiations with the Bank's clients.
Requirements
- strong knowledge of civil legislation
- proficiency in English
- experience in legal support of financial or corporate transactions
- ability and willingness to work with large volumes of information
- systematic and responsible approach to assigned tasks, organization skills
- ability to use neural networks in daily work.
