The unit is engaged in protecting the Bank's interests in the micro and small business sector, representing its interests in judicial bodies and in state authorities.
Responsibilities
Tasks:
- protecting the employer's interests in judicial bodies and in state authorities
- supporting judicial/administrative cases
- consultation, legal examination of transactions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- higher legal education
- judicial work experience of at least 3 years
- knowledge of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (GK RF), Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (GPK RF), Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (APK RF), the Law "On Enforcement Proceedings", the Law "On Bankruptcy", corporate law
- ability to systematically analyze and apply Russian legislation, identify and minimize legal risks
- participation in conferences as a presenter/speaker is welcome
- skills in applying AI in professional activities.
