A vacancy for a Legal Counsel has opened in the bank's interests protection sector for micro and small business.
Responsibilities
- Legal support for the Bank's activities, monitoring compliance with legislative acts, regulatory requirements
- Legal support for work with problematic assets of legal entities (restructuring) on simple issues
- Conducting judicial protection of the Bank's interests, the MSB segment, including: handling disputes on the recovery of overdue debts and participation in bankruptcy proceedings of individuals, legal entities, and individual entrepreneurs; other disputes arising from RPA products
- Conducting procedural actions, including preparing statements of claim, responses, motions, as well as participating in court hearings.
Requirements
- Higher legal education
- Knowledge of civil and civil procedural law
- Work experience in the specialty from 1 year
- Ability to work with large volumes of information
- Experience with AI tools.
