A vacancy for a Senior Legal Counsel is open in the Bank's Advocacy Sector for Micro and Small Business.
Responsibilities
- Legal support for work with problematic assets of legal entities (restructuring)
- Conducting judicial protection of the Bank's interests, the MSB segment, including: supporting disputes on the collection of overdue debt of legal entities; disputes related to bankruptcy of legal entities; disputes on claims against the Bank; disputes where the Bank acts as a third party; other disputes arising from RRP products;
- Carrying out procedural actions, including preparation of statements of claim, responses, petitions, as well as participation in court hearings.
Requirements
- Higher legal education
- Knowledge of civil and civil procedural legislation
- At least 2 (two) years of professional experience
- Ability to work with large volumes of information
- Experience working with AI tools.
