Protection of the Bank's interests
Responsibilities
- Represent the Bank's interests in courts of general jurisdiction for the recovery of debt from individuals
- Prepare legal opinions on matters within the department's competence
- Prepare defense positions for lawsuits against the Bank
- Prepare procedural documents for courts of first instance, appellate and cassation instances in the course of protecting the Bank's interests
Requirements
- Higher legal education
- Ability to systematically analyze and apply the legislation of the Russian Federation, summarize judicial practice, make legal decisions, propose non-standard approaches, identify and assess legal risks, and suggest ways to mitigate them
- Results-oriented, personal organization, proactivity in collaborating with relevant Bank departments
- Teamwork skills under tight deadlines
- Experience working with AI tools
