A vacancy for a Senior Legal Counsel has opened in the Legal Department within the Direction for Protection of the Bank's Interests in Micro and Small Business.

Responsibilities
- Supporting disputes on the recovery of overdue debts of legal entities, bankruptcy of legal entities, etc.
- Effective protection of the bank's interests in arbitration and commercial courts, courts of general jurisdiction when supporting standard civil and criminal cases
- Preparation of legal documents, including procedural papers for courts of first instance and appellate courts, as well as formulating legal positions on standard issues within the competence of the unit
- Preparation of opinions, recommendations, consultations on legal issues related to the protection of the Bank's interests in court
Requirements
- Completed higher legal education
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Confident command of Microsoft Office, the Consultant Plus Legal Reference System
- Skills in drafting legal documents
- Knowledge of laws, Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation, resolutions, orders of executive bodies in force on the territory of the Russian Federation related to the Bank's activities
- Ability to use neural networks in daily work
Having experience in court representation will be an advantage.
