A vacancy for a Lead Legal Counsel has opened in the Bank's Retail Business Advocacy Department.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Handling court cases on claims filed by the bank (preparing statements of claim, responses, appeal/cassation complaints), including work with accounts receivable (recovery from the Federal Tax Service, award, write-off)
- Handling court cases on claims filed against the bank across various categories of disputes (preparing responses, appeal/cassation complaints, and other procedural documents)
- Accompanying control and supervisory activities of government agencies, including administrative proceedings (preparing draft responses, complaints, and other procedural documents)
- Preparing legal opinions on various legal issues arising from the bank's activities.
Requirements
Requirements
- Higher legal education
- At least 3 years of experience in claims and litigation work
- Knowledge of civil, procedural legislation, legislation on insolvency (bankruptcy)
- Proficient PC user: Word, Excel, MS Outlook; GAS "Pravosudie", "Kad.Arbitr.ru"; Konsultant +, Garant
- Experience working with AI tools.
