Responsibilities

• representing the Bank's interests in courts for claims filed by the Bank, against the Bank, and where the Bank is a third party.
• developing electronic interaction with the judicial system
• interacting with related departments on the specified categories of cases

Requirements

• higher legal education
• at least 2 (two) years of professional experience (in the field of civil, banking, family law)
• skills in applying AI in professional activities (e.g., GigaChat, Kandinsky)
• court representation
• interaction with state authorities
