Description
A competition for the vacancy of Legal Counsel on legal matters has been announced in the Bank's department for protecting interests in the micro and small business sector
Responsibilities
- legal support for work with problematic assets of legal entities
- conducting legal examination of documents, consulting and expert support for the Bank's departments
- handling disputes related to the recovery of overdue debt from legal entities, bankruptcy of legal entities, and other disputes
- working with requests and demands from state authorities (FAS, Rospotrebnadzor, Roskomnadzor, the Prosecutor's Office, the Bank of Russia, and other state bodies)
- criminal procedural protection of the Bank's interests
- detailed knowledge of procedural legislation (APC, CPC), criteria for writ and simplified proceedings
Requirements
- higher legal education (full-time study at UrSULA, a red diploma or high GPA will be an advantage)
- work experience from 2 years (experience in the banking sector or work in a court will be an advantage)
- excellent knowledge of civil, civil procedural and arbitration procedural legislation, bankruptcy legislation
- proficiency in office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), legal reference systems (KonsultantPlus)
- detailed knowledge of procedural legislation (APC, CPC), criteria for writ and simplified proceedings
- ability to work with electronic services for interacting with courts (GAS Pravosudie, Moi Arbitr)
- experience in representing in court hearings - desirable
- experience working with AI tools

- work schedule: 9:00 -18:00 Monday to Thursday, Friday - from 9:00 to 16:45
