Description
We are creating a new business line related to the development of cross-border partnerships and the entry of international suppliers into the Russian market and marketplaces.
Responsibilities
- develop and implement business processes for interaction between GWR team members (internal communications, deadline control, roadmaps)
- record meeting minutes and track task execution according to project plans
- establish processes for interaction with marketplaces (external integrations, approvals, document flow)
- develop and implement the process for interaction via the partner channel and referral program to attract corporate clients in India
- create the process for providing conversion discounts to new Russian importers within the Framework of Trust.
- conduct interviews with project participants, gather requirements and user "pain points"
- create "As is" and "To be" process maps, describe customer journeys (CJM)
- develop diagrams, notations, methodologies, and internal documents (in Russian and English)
- coordinate processes with related services and divisions of the Bank.
Requirements
- law degree (required).
- experience with ARIS — confident command of the tool, creating notations and diagrams
- English proficiency from B1 — willingness to prepare documentation and communicate in an international context
- understanding of the process approach, ability to decompose tasks and see the overall picture
- attention to detail, structured approach, business communication skills
- use of AI.
Will be a plus:
- experience in international projects or with foreign partners.
- knowledge of specifics of foreign economic activity, currency control, working with importers.
