We are looking for a Project Manager for the Data B2C Unit
Responsibilities
- participation and leadership in cross-functional projects: managing plans and risks, monitoring and ensuring target metrics, managing working groups
- managing project outcomes: monitoring agreement fulfillment, removing blockers, escalations
- preparing materials for top management: structuring statuses and problems, analyzing key metrics, preparing presentations, defending solutions at committees
- communication at various management levels: synchronizing stakeholder expectations, transparency of status, managing priority conflicts, regular feedback
- organizing and facilitating strategic sessions and department working meetings: setting goals, developing solutions, recording agreements, and monitoring execution
- forming a project/product management culture: spreading and adapting PMI / Scrum / Lean / SAFe practices
- forming product vision and defining key product/project metrics
- increasing the maturity of the department's product production process: diagnosing the current maturity level, identifying bottlenecks and waste, implementing and scaling standards, implementing dependency management methods.
Requirements
- education: higher education (technical, economic, mathematical)
- work experience of 3-5 years in project activities: consulting firms ex-Big3/Big4 or project office of industry companies (fintech, e-com, g&o, etc.)
- experience in product process will be an advantage: understanding all stages of product development, product metrics, and building work with the product from the client
- analytical skills: conducting regular and ad-hoc analysis
- cross-functional communication skills (C-level)
- ability to structure and create presentations for TOP management/Board level
- project experience: setting goals, forming task backlogs, monitoring task completion
- ability to conduct systematic changes in projects/products
- ability to create roadmaps and development strategies.
