Description
We are looking for an experienced project manager to work in the project office of Sberbank Insurance Broker. Key tasks include implementing IT solutions, developing insurance products, and optimizing business processes.
Responsibilities
- Administering and managing the "Idea Exchange" tool for company employees in Jira;
- Administering the Project Office backlog;
- PIP planning, WSJF project evaluation;
- Maintaining the Discovery section in Jira;
- Organizing project teams and facilitating project meetings;
- Maintaining roadmaps and controlling deadlines, identifying blocking factors;
- Collecting and analyzing data to calculate economic effect;
- Calculating the economic effect of projects;
- Formulating CJM process and product concept within a structured project;
- Participation in relevant external events;
- Organizing and conducting research;
- Providing methodological support for insurance of internal clients;
- Preparing materials for project committee meetings;
- Preparing materials for interaction with external contractors and the Bank.
Requirements
- Project management experience of 3+ years;
- Knowledge of business processes in corporate insurance;
- Developed communication and influencing skills;
- Public speaking experience;
- Presentation design skills;
- Data analytics, confident command of Excel;
- Experience applying design thinking, UX design;
- Experience working with Sber Agile methodology.
