Description
We are Sberbank Insurance Broker - Broker No.1. Our users are Brokers, who provide legal entities and individual entrepreneurs with the best insurance offers from top insurance companies, taking into account their needs and specifics.
Responsibilities
- Product strategy development: market research, analysis of similar products and our product users;
- Product management: defining the product's goals, vision, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPI);
- Continuous product improvement cycle: collecting user feedback, analyzing performance metrics, and forming a list of tasks for refinement;
- Product backlog management: creating, estimating, and prioritizing the backlog;
- Managing the full product development cycle: elaborating and describing product requirements together with the IT team, decomposing requirements into development stages, controlling the final result, and removing obstacles;
- Product presentation: preparing presentations, conducting training sessions, and demonstrating the product to users.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in developing digital products, including business processes and customer journeys;
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner;
- Experience managing development teams of at least 10 people;
- Ability to develop and describe business requirements. Must be confirmed by artifacts from previous projects;
- Understanding of BPMN process principles and experience in building them. Must be confirmed by artifacts from previous projects;
- Proficiency in agile development methodology;
- Experience using Scrum or Kanban methodology;
- Basic understanding of IT development technologies, understanding of infrastructure architecture, API, and development logic;
- Understanding of Agile principles;
- Will be an additional advantage: experience in an Insuretech company, in insurance, understanding of insurance products and user needs;
- Instrumental proficiency in AI for analysis, generation, and automation;
- Experience in InsurTech companies will be an additional advantage.
