Responsibilities
- Managing a full-cycle product team
- Defining the development strategy for the "SberTips" product
- Collaborating with partners on product formation and promotion
- Market analysis and development of proposals for product and business metrics
- Creating roadmaps for further product development and improvement of customer service processes
- Responsibility for revenue and product efficiency KPIs
- Consulting and guiding employees in solving technical and operational issues
- Participating in the formation of reporting and monitoring of performance indicators.
Requirements
- Higher education in economics, finance, or a technical field
- Work experience in cashless solutions or a similar product is mandatory
- Experience in managing full-cycle teams
- Successful projects implementing innovative solutions
- Ability to adapt quickly and approach problem-solving creatively
- Confident command of data analysis methods and performance monitoring systems
- Experience with AI tools.
