Description
We are looking for an employee who will be responsible for the development and management of categories within the "SberSpasibo" loyalty program. The key task is to formulate and implement product development strategy to make the program as interesting, beneficial, and convenient for customers as possible.
Responsibilities
- development and implementation of the development strategy for the "SberSpasibo Categories" product
- determining priorities for product functions and tasks
- managing the development, design, analytics, and client experience team
- conducting market and competitor analysis, developing proposals for product improvement
- participating in the formation of the product roadmap and managing releases
- ensuring high-quality interaction between teams to achieve product goals
- identifying needs and implementing them on the product side.
Requirements
- three or more years of experience as a Product Owner in the "Loyalty" direction in B2C
- three or more years of project management experience
- experience in implementing and developing core mechanics in loyalty
- experience managing a full-cycle team
- experience working with AI/ML tools
- higher education.
