Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join the central office team at Sber, which is engaged in creating a deviation monitoring system. The system collects data across the country (news publications, etc.), analyzes it, and generates reports for management.
Responsibilities
- Define key product goals based on current needs and long-term development plans;
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by monitoring execution quality and adherence to deadlines;
- Development and maintenance of a detailed backlog with clear Definition of Ready and Definition of Done criteria for all services / modules;
- Coordination of team work, ensuring interaction and release synchronization;
- Monitoring key product performance indicators and making adjustments based on the data obtained;
- Regular communication with stakeholders to demonstrate progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations;
- Coordination of module implementation and improvements into the Platform's overall infrastructure, ensuring smooth integration with existing solutions and databases;
- Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality standards;
- Develop ideas for expanding Product capabilities by adding features and interaction elements.
Requirements
- Higher technical education;
- At least 3 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in IT;
- At least 5 years of IT background in the role of Solution Architect / System Analyst / Developer;
- Experience interacting with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations;
- Ability to build effective communication between various company departments;
- Deep understanding of design principles for highly effective digital solutions;
- Skill in risk assessment and managing technical debt;
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React), understanding of dynamic React component formation;
- Knowledge of the backend stack (Node.js, Express, Sequelize, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse);
- Knowledge of SQL, data structures, OLAP;
- Understanding of client-server architecture principles (API, REST, SOAP, GraphQL);
- Understanding of application operation principles in kubernetes/openshift.
Will be a plus:
- Participation in implementing web projects from scratch;
- At least 3 years of experience managing products at the intersection of business and IT;
- Participation in the development of BI systems;
- Understanding of modern AI/ML technologies, GenAI, and AI agent principles, experience implementing projects using AI;
- Experience in developing PWA applications.
