Our team is responsible for developing the risk management platform of the "Sales Network" Block. The product addresses key tasks of enhancing the efficiency of internal control and minimizing operational risks.
The solution includes:
- an analyst workspace, agent-based tools for conducting inspections.
- working with big data to process network risk signals,
- an intelligent remote cash balance control system,
- an AI-agent for tips to reduce errors and fraud during the transaction process.
Responsibilities
- developing and maintaining a detailed backlog with clear definition of ready and acceptance criteria for all system services
- coordinating the work of development teams, ensuring their interaction and release synchronization
- monitoring key product performance indicators and making adjustments based on the data obtained
- implementing innovations in the field of AI-agents for automating risk management processes.
- regular communication with stakeholders to demonstrate progress, collect feedback, and manage expectations
Requirements
Our ideal candidate is a blend of product thinking, technical literacy, and leadership qualities:
- experience in the role of Product Owner or Product Manager in IT projects, preferably related to data analysis, artificial intelligence
- practical experience with Agile methodologies, knowledge of tools and processes for managing the product backlog
- understanding of modern AI/ML technologies, GenAI, and the principles of AI-agent operation
- experience in interacting with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture while paying attention to details
