The Transport Provision Management team is engaged in developing services, products, and offerings in the transportation sector. The team is seeking a Manager for the Development and Support of AI Agents and Models.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- develop and enhance AI agent models and algorithms
- oversee AI agent development projects: interact with development teams, including task assignment, progress control, and coordination of actions
- interact with the company's business units to gather requirements and align project goals
- regularly evaluate project status and develop recommendations for optimizing development processes and improving product quality
- coordinate the implementation of created AI agents into the company's product line
- map customer journeys and internal processes for interacting with AI agents, conduct analytical work to improve user experience
- monitor current solutions, identify bottlenecks, and formulate development plans for products and services based on analysis of user feedback and internal statistics.
Requirements
