Description
A Digital Financial Asset (DFA) platform is the bank's proprietary portal integrated with the bank-wide remote banking service (RBS) channels. The audience includes individuals and legal entities (currently ~10,000 active clients, target for 2026: 50-100 thousand).
As part of scaling, a new AI direction is being launched from scratch. The goal is to create intelligent solutions that will help clients interact with DFA products and automate digital asset operations. The focus is on: an AI product consultant, agents for active transactions, and LLM-based smart contract generation.
This is an opportunity to become one of the first specialists at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and finance in the rapidly growing DFA market (over 1.3 trillion rubles).
Responsibilities
- creating an AI consultant for DFA products for the portal (for individuals and legal entities)
- developing agents for conducting active operations with digital assets
- automating the generation of smart contracts based on business and client requests using LLMs
- defining the architecture and approaches for building the new AI direction on the platform
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience developing AI agents or LLM applications in production
- 3+ years of backend development experience (preferably Python, Java is also possible)
- deep understanding of LLM application architecture: RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, etc.)
- practical experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source, or Russian models)
- strong technical foundation, ability to quickly learn new tools
- understanding of blockchain technologies and smart contracts is a significant advantage
- experience in fintech and banking products will be a plus
