Description
The team develops and implements AI agents for two task domains: external (customer-facing) and internal (back-office). In the customer's personal account, we are creating an agent that provides product navigation, offers consultation at the level of specific contracts, and automates routine actions on behalf of the user. In parallel, we are building an infrastructure of AI agents for employees handling operational support and data processing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Jointly with clients, developing options for implementing AI solutions;
- Assisting and participating in the AI agent implementation stage (deployment to production);
- Adapting and fine-tuning internal LLMs using internal and external data (Prompt Tuning, LoRA, etc.).
- Solving NLP tasks (Classification, Summarization, Sentence Compression, Simplification, NER, Semantic Search, Clustering).
- Writing readable code, participating in reviews, discussions, and shaping technical approaches.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience from 3 years;
- Higher technical education with a solid background in mathematics and algorithms, knowledge of statistics;
- Experience from 2 years in commercial development and integration of AI agents based on LLMs and multi-agent systems;
- Experience in fine-tuning neural network models;
- Experience in building RAG (classical RAG, GraphRAG, Agentic RAG);
- Prompt engineering skills to improve the quality of model-user interaction;
- Experience working with tools for building autonomous agents and task chains (e.g., LangChain or GigaChain)/LangGraph, LangFlow/n8n, OpenRouter, GigaChat/ChatGPT/DeepSeek).
