Description
The Marketing and Communications AI team is looking for a Data Scientist specializing in NLP for the development of an AI assistant for marketers.
We are working on an agent system that will enable rapid analysis of marketing research data, as well as internal bank data, and generate recommendations for product optimization / marketing campaigns / development of marketing strategies based on this analysis.
Responsibilities
- analysis of best market practices in the field of analyzing unstructured data (data storage and retrieval, deep research, generating recommendations)
- formation of a hypothesis backlog (selection / scoring)
- formation of an approach to hypothesis testing (pipelines for automated evaluation of a large number of alternative solutions)
- development of the final prototype
- handover of code to the production team for its implementation
- collaboration with the development team and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and set tasks.
Requirements
- experience in developing solutions using LLMs (Python, hypothesis generation, building pipelines, scoring results based on LLMs)
- experience in developing solutions using RAG / agentic RAG
- experience in developing solutions with agentic logic
- fine-tuning LLMs (including LoRA), including pipeline preparation, dataset assembly and verification, synthetic data generation
- experience with model deployment (Docker, vLLM).
Will be a plus
- general understanding of marketing research
- skills in rapid information analysis
- interest in LLM trends (aware of new developments, academic papers)
- experience working in large companies (general understanding of processes) - not a startup.
