Responsibilities
- designing, developing, quality control of multi-agent systems based on LLM for solving multi-step tasks
- designing and developing RAG systems, OSINT deep research systems for working with millions of documents
- R&D in the field of NLP: experimenting with the latest architectures, reasoning models, fine-tuning models for specific tasks
- optimizing inference for working with high loads
- building data pipelines for processing and indexing large volumes of textual data
- working hand in hand with product: from idea to production in < 3 months.
Requirements
- production development experience of ML systems: 5+ years
- deep understanding of modern LLM architectures (Transformers, attention mechanisms)
- practical experience with RAG: vector databases, embedding models, retrieval strategies
- experience with distributed computing (PyTorch Distributed, DeepSpeed)
- Python at the level of writing efficient production code.
Will be a plus
- experience with information retrieval systems
- experience building multi-agent systems (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
- experience fine-tuning large language models
- knowledge of modern approaches to prompt engineering and chain-of-thought reasoning.
