Description
We are looking for Senior Data Scientists in the "People and Culture" Block, specializing in solving problems in the areas of AI agents, LLM, RecSys, NLP, and Classic ML.
Which tools we use:
Standard stack: Python (JupyterLab) + PostgreSQL (GreenPlum).
The team works with tasks:
- implementation of multi-agent systems (GigaChat + RAG + API), such as the HRS platform agent orchestrator, working with employee inquiries, etc.
- creation of multimodal recommendation systems
- classic ML models for forecasting and ranking
- fine-tuning embeddings and other tasks that help make Sber's HR processes better.
Responsibilities
- analysis with business customers of the business problem statement and formalized description of the modeled business process
- analysis of the business problem and proposing modeling methods to solve the business problem
- development of model architecture and creation of a prototype
- bringing the model into industrial operation together with the MLOps team
- development of model documentation
- support of the model during industrial operation.
- determining data needs and readiness
- confirming the fulfillment of data requirements to proceed to model creation
- defining requirements for the list, volume, and quality of data necessary to solve the business problem.
Requirements
- work experience in the field of DS for at least 2 years
- confident programming in Python and knowledge of SQL
- understanding of how LLM and multi-agent systems work
- knowledge of ML, DL Python stack and key libraries: numpy, pandas, pytorch, LightGBM
- experience working in a team and knowledge of collaborative development tools (git, jira, etc.).
Will be a plus:
- experience with the Big Data stack (GreenPlum, Hadoop).
