Description
We, the Unit Data B2C team, are developing an internal web application for creating and managing customer segments. The platform allows campaign engineers and analysts to form target audiences via a UI with filters based on customer attributes, calculate audience size in real time, and publish ready-made segments.
In 2026, we plan to implement a backlog of numerous tasks, including expanding the functionality of the segment builder, developing an AI assistant, and developing integration interactions.
Responsibilities
- Development of an AI agent (text2json, text2sql) to solve the task of automated segment assembly based on user requests from the UI interface
- Development of related agents for the operation of a multi-agent system and maintaining a dialog interface for interaction with users
- Writing documentation
- Development of industrial-grade code for embedding into agent execution frameworks
- Passing the agent validation procedure
- Fine-tuning LLMs to improve agent response accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience in implementing ML solutions from interpreting business needs to monitoring the deployed model for over 3 years
- Experience in developing and deploying AI agents with proven business impact
- Deep understanding of architectures and proficiency in training tools for modern language models
- Excellent knowledge of Python, including the asymptotics of operations on basic classes
- Excellent knowledge of SQL
- Strong mathematical background
- Ability to explain applied algorithms to business users
- Confident use of version control systems.
Will be a plus:
Experience in developing stable multi-agent systems
Experience and skills with the engineering stack: Clickhouse, Flink, Kafka, Hadoop, Spark
Knowledge of Java or Scala
Experience in industrial development of asynchronous services
Experience working with relational and/or columnar databases.
