Description
We, the Corporate and Investment Banking team at Sber, are actively implementing AI agents and using large language models (LLM GigaChat). We invite an experienced Data Scientist to implement AI agents that interact with legal entities through a nationwide contact center network across Russia.
Responsibilities
- development and implementation of AI agents into real bank processes
- building a data processing pipeline using LLM for conducting A/B tests in products on large volumes of data on a powerful GPU cluster.
- developing quality metrics, organizing the process of monitoring AI agents
- participation in formulating requirements and necessary data to improve the quality of the AI agent's work.
Requirements
- DS/ML work experience from 2 years
- ability to solve NLP tasks in practice, including using LLM
- understanding of LLM architecture and principles of prompt engineering / SFT / RL
- experience in industrial Python development (e.g., aiohttp)
- experience with cloud solutions for launching AI services on GPU
- understanding of MLOps processes.
Will be a plus:
- experience in developing AI agents (LangGraph, LangChain)
- experience with Apache Spark / pySpark.
