The Corporate Development analytics team at Sber is looking for an AI Agent Developer. The role involves the full cycle: from initiating new products and prototyping to implementing and scaling AI agents within Sber's internal environment and external infrastructure.
Focus — practical agents that enhance team productivity and automate analytics and investment materials preparation
Responsibilities
- designing and developing AI agents (multi-agent, tool-using, RAG, function calling) within Sber's IT infrastructure and in the external environment
- leading product development: planning costs, ensuring the procurement of cloud GPUs and related infrastructure
- initiating and creating new AI services for business tasks (including optimizing internal processes through automation and agent pipelines)
- technology consulting: assessing market trends and the maturity of external products/solutions
Requirements
- higher technical education
- 4+ years of development experience (Python as primary language)
- practical experience in creating LLM applications and AI agents
- experience working with RAG, embeddings, vector databases
- Python development experience, including its main frameworks and libraries, such as Django, Flask, NumPy, Pandas, etc.
- experience working with databases, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB and other relational or NoSQL solutions;
- software testing experience, including unit testing, integration testing and debugging;
- knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, etc.
- ability to independently identify AI application points and propose product solutions
