Description
Our team is focused on integrating AI into the Bank's processes in cooperation with colleagues specializing in client wealth management and taxes. In our work, we handle the entire model lifecycle - from gathering requirements to implementing the solution into business processes. The results of our work impact all of the Bank's individual clients.
We are seeking a strong Python Developer/ML Engineer to create and develop AI agents and intelligent services based on LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Integration of solutions with APIs, databases, and internal services
- Development of backend logic and services for agent-based solutions
- Interaction with clients and related teams
- Development and deployment to production of AI agents based on LLMs using LangChain, LangGraph, including development of RAG pipelines
- Formulating and testing hypotheses
- Supporting and developing existing solutions, monitoring data quality and the performance results of agent-based solutions
Requirements
- Strong Python skills and experience writing production-grade code
- Knowledge of OOP, data structures, and architectural approaches
- Experience developing backend services and using APIs
- Experience with frameworks like FastAPI / Flask / equivalents
- Experience developing AI agents or LLM applications, knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools
- Experience with RAG: pipelines, vector databases (FAISS/Chroma/Qdrant)
- Experience with open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen, etc.)
- Understanding of the full ML project cycle: from hypothesis to production and monitoring
- Strong communication skills and experience actively interacting with related teams / clients
Will be a plus:
- Experience with high-load services, ability to assess risks and limitations of various approaches to task execution
- Experience with corporate systems, the tax domain
- Skills in working with git, Jira, Confluence
