Description
Our team is focused on implementing AI and ML into the pricing processes of credit banking products. Our clients are the Treasury Department and the Corporate Investment Business Division. In our work, we handle the entire model lifecycle - from requirement gathering to solution integration into business processes. The results of our work impact both the Bank (changes in balance sheet structure and reduction of risks taken on by the Bank) and the clients (offering customized sets of banking products at individual prices).
Responsibilities
GenAI:
- Design and develop AI agent architecture based on LLM
- Build agent systems (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, Multi-Agent) using LangChain, LangGraph
- Integrate agents with internal APIs and banking systems
- Develop RAG pipelines
- Deploy agents to production and ensure their reliable operation
- Evaluate the quality and metrics of agent solutions
ClassicML:
- Conduct data collection, cleaning, and analysis;
- Formulate and test hypotheses;
- Select model architecture
- Develop ML models and algorithms for financial tasks
- Deploy models to production and integrate results into business processes
- Maintain and support implemented solutions
- Interact with clients and present results to the Bank's management
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Classic ML theory
- Deep Learning: experience in building and training neural network architectures (MLP, CNN, RNN/LSTM, Transformers)
- Understanding of the full ML project cycle: from hypothesis to production and monitoring
- Experience in developing and implementing GenAI solutions (LangChain, LangGraph or custom implementations)
- RAG: pipelines, vector databases (FAISS/Chroma/Qdrant)
- Experience with open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen, etc.)
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge in the field of finance
- Proficiency with BigData stack
- Skills in working with Git, Jira, Confluence
- Experience in end-to-end ML model development (EDA-MVP-Solution-Validation-Production)
