Description
We are creating a system for the dynamic assembly of individual scenarios from modular AI components. Our goal is to transform the client experience of interacting with the Sber ecosystem, moving from linear bots to adaptive AI solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Lead Engineer who will take the journey from architecture to a working product: design and implement the AI core of the "Constructor," ensure component integration, and lead R&D and further product implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design the system core that intelligently combines modules (skills/agents) into personalized scenarios.
- Quickly assemble MVPs demonstrating the system's ability to adapt solutions to the user's context.
- Participate in code reviews and the development of integrations between components.
- Make key architectural decisions.
- Lead the implementation of AI solutions that have proven their effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in commercial development (NLP/Backend), of which 1-2 years directly with LLMs and agent systems in Production.
- Tech Stack: Strong Python 3.12+ (asyncio, httpx, FastAPI, Pydantic). Deep knowledge of frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph.
- Architecture: Ability to design complex distributed systems and microservices.
- ML: Practical experience in developing LLM pipelines, designing and evaluating RAG systems. Work with vector databases (OpenSearch, PGVector).
- Infrastructure: Proficient in Docker, Git, SQL, Bash. Understanding of CI/CD principles.
- Soft Skills: High degree of autonomy, ability to translate business requirements into technical language and work under conditions of uncertainty.
Will be a plus:
- Practical experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
- Experience in deploying and managing applications in Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of MLOps.
- Experience in fine-tuning models (LoRA, SFT, RLHF).
