Description
The team of Sberbank's Non-State Pension Fund is looking for a Senior ML Engineer to implement new AI solutions that automate and optimize business tasks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality of code and architecture for all developed solutions;
- Deploy and demonstrate the first pilot agent in an isolated test environment, complying with all security standards, and prepare documentation;
- The main goal is to transform AI agent development from sporadic activities into a managed, continuous process and increase the team's throughput;
- Approve (and possibly implement) a template and CI/CD pipeline for the automatic deployment of new agents to test environments with security and code quality checks;
- Formalize the process "from idea to production". That is, agree with IT and InfoSec departments on checklists and acceptance criteria to speed up and simplify the promotion of any agent from the backlog to production;
- Implement monitoring tools to track technical metrics and business indicators of operational agents.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ML/AI with a focus on industrial development (MLOps);
- Practical experience launching ML models and AI agents into production (mandatory participation in all stages: development, deployment, monitoring);
- Deep knowledge of Python;
- Skills in working with key MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes (DropApp), etc.);
- Experience creating API integrations;
- Expertise in the field of AI agents and LLMs;
- Practical experience with popular frameworks, for example, LangChain, for creating prototypes and production solutions;
- Understanding of the principles of vector databases and embeddings;
- Knowledge of approaches for optimizing work with LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning).
