Description
We develop and implement services, pipelines, and AI agents for extracting useful insights from customer interactions across the Bank's and Ecosystem's interfaces. We have a working pilot solution and are currently in the phase of expanding the processed interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain the existing service. Develop integrations to expand to new customer contact interfaces
- Develop and implement new services with ML models
- Assist with the development of ETL processes for collecting the obtained data
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, write tests.
Requirements
- Experience deploying ML model services to PROD
- Python, FastAPI/Flask/Django
- Kafka, PostgreSQL
- Docker, Openshift/K8s at the developer level
- Understanding of ML and LLM principles
- Familiarity with the ML stack (Pytroch, transformers).
Will be a plus:
- Hadoop, PySpark, Airflow
- Scala, SQL
- CI/CD (we use Jenkins+Bitbucket+Nexus), DevOps.
