Description
The "Modeling and Data Research" Division is responsible for the Data Science competency within the Sales Network Block.
We develop and implement end-to-end AI-based solutions in the sales network's business processes.
We are looking for a person to join us in building top-tier AI solutions for attracting clients to the Bank's salary projects (including LLM solutions and AI agents), delivering value to the Bank, its employees, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents and microservices for AI products from scratch;
- Develop algorithms for the interaction of ML models and service modules;
- Participate in the development of architecture and design of agents and AI services;
- Design and develop the backend parts of AI services;
- Participate in optimizing the speed of AI agents and ML models; most of our services operate online, and service speed is crucial for us.
Requirements
- Competencies: Python, ML, LLM/Agents, MLOps;
- Understanding of the principles of development, implementation, and maintenance of AI solutions;
- Ability to write good, clear, production-ready code;
- At least 2 years of industrial development experience in Python;
- Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, GIL, async;
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, understanding of the applicability boundaries of each type.
Will be a plus
- Understanding of the principles of operation of voice and text assistants;
- Experience with distributed infrastructure (Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Spark);
- Experience interacting with GPT-Like models or equivalents, experience writing prompts for business tasks;
- Experience with ELK, Jenkins, Kafka, OpenShift;
- Experience with GreenPlum DBMS;
- Experience in building fault-tolerant, high-load, distributed ML systems;
- You follow AI trends and the current state of the field, are interested in large language models.
