Description
We are looking for an experienced engineer to develop autonomous AI agents within the 'Cash Collection' product.
The primary task is the design and implementation of intelligent assistants that integrate into the bank's microservice environment and solve real business problems related to logistics and process optimization.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Build scalable systems, design APIs, use Rest/message brokers (e.g., Kafka).
- Possess skills in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and specialized vector stores.
- Develop AI agents and LLM solutions (knowledge of the LangGraph library (or similar tools for building agentic chains), understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP), proficiency in Tool Use methods).
- Conduct expertise in the field of RAG and data processing (knowledge of methods for improving search quality, such as Hybrid Search, Re-ranking, and query expansion; understanding of GraphRAG approaches is a plus).
- Configure model reasoning chain tracking (tracing), ability to decompose a complex process into clear agent skills (Skills).
Understanding the specifics of banking processes and experience with multi-agent systems will be a plus.
Requirements
We expect that you:
- Confidently understand the principles of REST API and message brokers (Kafka).
- Proficient in modeling tools (PlantUML, draw.io, or similar) and HTTP clients (Insomnia, Postman).
- Possess skills in working with logs and the browser developer console, apply AI technologies to optimize your work.
Experience with microservice architecture, SQL query writing skills, and understanding of the specifics of banking industry processes will be a plus.
