About the Product
Imagine a revolutionary solution that transforms complex risk management into an intuitive, automated process (risk identification, impact assessment, incorporating quality gates for launching high-risk initiatives, and placing risks under monitoring) and the entire process with minimal human effort. This is SberORM, an automated system for operational risk management of Sberbank PJSC. Our system uses generative AI and AI agents to anticipate, analyze, and minimize operational risks in the format of a "digital assistant." You will become a key figure defining the future of risk management in the age of artificial intelligence.

As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic vision and guiding the creation of an innovative system that will change the approach to operational risk management.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- managing 2 development teams
- conducting product research to determine user needs and optimal solutions using AI
- defining and prioritizing features of the risk management system, considering generative artificial intelligence
- developing and maintaining a detailed backlog with clear definition of ready and acceptance criteria for all system services
- coordinating the work of development teams, ensuring their interaction and release synchronization
- monitoring key product performance indicators and making adjustments based on the data received
- regular communication with stakeholders to demonstrate progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations
- researching and implementing innovations in the field of AI agents for automating risk management processes.
Requirements
We expect from the candidate:
Our ideal candidate is a synthesis of product thinking, technical literacy, and leadership qualities:
- experience in the role of Product Owner or Product Manager in IT projects, preferably related to data analysis, artificial intelligence, or risk management
- deep understanding of modern AI/ML technologies, GenAI, and principles of AI agents operation
- practical experience with Agile methodologies, knowledge of product backlog management tools and processes
- understanding of operational risk assessment and management principles, familiarity with best practices in this field
- experience interacting with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- ability to transform the technical capabilities of AI into business value for end users
- strategic thinking and ability to see the big picture while paying attention to details.
