In the 'Generative AI Development' Unit of Sberbank PJSC, we develop and produce truly innovative products in the field of artificial intelligence, including an AI assistant based on Sber's large language model 'GigaChat' and smart consumer electronics devices, ranging from Sber 4K TVs to smart home controllers in five-star hotels.
In the AI Data Management Department, we ensure the full data lifecycle for product teams and provide analytical tools and services for working with data. Our products provide data-as-a-service to teams involved in AI development. Our task is to create a platform that provides specialized domain data on request, as well as tools for working with it.
Responsibilities
- gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements from clients and internal teams
- working with the product backlog, goal setting, creating artifacts (tasks) that reflect the product goals
- interacting with development and analytics teams to implement functionality
- monitoring the market and competitive environment in the DaaS segment, training of fundamental AI models
- quality control of results, ensuring full product monitoring within the product
- evaluating product performance metrics and user experience, creating presentation and demo materials
- ability to gather and process business requirements, validate the results of product analytics
Requirements
Requirements
- work experience as a Product Owner for at least 2 years, preferably with data-related products or ML products.
- knowledge of machine learning and Gen-AI fundamentals
- understanding of Data as a Service concepts, big data processing, and API integrations.
- ability to work using Agile/Scrum, proficiency with Jira or similar tools.
- ability to analyze business requirements and technical constraints.
- excellent communication and organizational skills.
- English language proficiency at the level of reading technical documentation
- ability to derive insights from data
Will be a plus:
- experience with Metabase, Apache Superset platforms
- basic SQL and Python skills
