Our team is working on creating an analytical platform for managing organizational performance. This solution will enable strategy formation and goal setting, planning, forecasting, and controlling plan execution, as well as calculating employee bonuses.
The solution accommodates over 10 thousand users, hundreds of services, and tens of terabytes of data. We are developing the core of the analytical platform – shared technology services for developers and low/no-code tools for analysts in terms of implementing business logic.
Responsibilities
Tasks:
- developing product ideas, working out options for optimally meeting user needs
- building development paths for a competitive product, including for the external market
- communications with stakeholders, establishing process relationships
- organizing the process and involving customers
- presenting solutions within and outside the bank.
Requirements
We expect:
- experience in developing commercial products
- experience in ETL preparation of DWH data marts
- experience implementing analytical tools: BI, QlikSense, OLAP, and others
- experience managing a team of 8+ people
- experience writing Product Vision for a broad range of consumers
- ability to delve into customer problems and help them
- proper communication, conveying ideas in simple language
- business analysis experience – gathering and formulating problems and forming proposals
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar in products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
Will be a plus:
- experience in bringing products to the external market
- deep understanding of the implementation process in a bank and working with stakeholders
- experience implementing analytical solutions in the role of architect/product owner/business analyst
- experience launching solutions for a wide range of customers.
