Responsibilities
- Be responsible for shaping the product development vision and creating cost-to-value
- Form and prioritize the backlog
- Establish interactions with IT solutions from related teams, customers, and stakeholders
- Identify and analyze technological and management risks
- Participate in designing the process for conducting Digital advertising campaigns and transforming the process using AI automation tools
- Identify resource needs and coordinate them
- Estimate timelines and meet them
- Manage the IT team
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner/TeamLead
- Knowledge in the field of Digital advertising, advertising platforms, bid auctions, web and app analytics systems (YandexMetrica, GoogleAnalytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer), key marketing metrics and understanding where to source data for their calculation, understanding the principles of building end-to-end analytics
- Knowledge in building DWH and BigData technologies
- Ability to analyze the marketing technology market, identify pain points and problems of potential users to understand possible areas for development
- Understanding product development processes, team areas of responsibility, and skills in communicating with customers and potential users.
- Ability to "predict" future trends based on available data.
- Experience writing technical documentation and technical specifications.
