You will be responsible for developing advertisers and the product. You will help ecom clients from the marketplace industry increase their earnings from current placements — primarily through audits and improvements to advertising campaigns. You will also help teams within Yandex better understand market needs.
This role is suitable for those who are well-versed in advertising systems and want to influence client revenue, as well as participate in developing solutions and approaches within the platform.
Development of ecom revenue You will regularly conduct in-depth analytics and audits of placements and advertising campaigns in Direct and related channels: check settings, structure, effectiveness, alignment of analytics and attribution, identify causes of inefficiency, find growth points, and create improvement plans.
Interaction and investment attraction You will build working relationships with colleagues within the company, seek new methods and scenarios for attracting additional investment, and drive related initiatives to completion.
Developing product improvement proposals Through communication with the market and colleagues, you will receive a lot of feedback on problems and needs. Your task is to turn this into specific proposals: what to change or add to the product or approach to solve client problems and achieve measurable results.
Conducting experiments Any changes need to be confirmed with data. Before releases and implementations, you will plan the experiment design, define metrics, segments, and success criteria, oversee implementation, and summarize results.
