Strategic Partnerships Development Manager at Plus AdTech
Yandex Plus AdTech is a new unit within the Plus and Fintech business group of Yandex. It develops gamified B2C solutions, advertising formats, and integrations for B2B partners, as well as manages a large-scale loyalty program with Plus Points. The unit also includes Edadil, a leading service for promotions and special offers for users. Through these products, Plus AdTech combines modern advertising technologies and opportunities to enhance the engagement and loyalty of Yandex's most transactionally active audience.
The Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for developing the concept, creating, and implementing multi-component partnerships with Enterprise segment clients.
Preparation of strategic partnership proposals You will be analyzing the market and preparing strategic partnership proposals. You will research the competitive landscape and formulate competitive advantages, develop media plans, calculate project unit economics, and prepare presentations to secure partnerships at the partner's top management level. Your tasks will also include overseeing the contractual process and coordinating legal and financial teams.
Launch and implementation of partnerships You will manage the process of launching strategic projects at the initial stage: conduct project management, synchronize involved teams, etc.
Development of the direction You will need to initiate new cooperation directions, find growth points, and participate in shaping the long-term strategy for interaction with key partners.
