Integration Partnerships Development Manager

95 million people use Yandex Maps, Navigator, and Metro every month, and Yandex's cartographic service technologies power Yandex Food, Lavka, Delivery, Taxi, and other services with multi-million audiences. Our team is developing Maps as an open platform so users can plan their lives as conveniently as possible in one place.

You will build partner ecosystems around Maps by connecting services that make navigation in the metropolis even more useful: from transport rentals and real estate search to table reservations. Your goal is to find strategically important partnerships, assess their potential, and negotiate them through to successful launch. This is a role at the intersection of business, product, and technology, where your analysis and negotiations directly impact the experience of millions of users and the development of one of Yandex's key products.

What tasks await you

Market analysis and opportunity search You will research new niches for attracting partners to Yandex Maps, for example, car-sharing, real estate: evaluate players' market share, their potential for integration, and build economic models. Your task is to determine which partners are most beneficial to cooperate with first and what value this will bring to Maps users.

Development of long-term win-win partnerships You will ensure that the integration is beneficial for both sides and does not harm Maps' quality. This includes conducting high-level negotiations, working out cooperation terms, success metrics, and constant monitoring of service quality after launch.

Launching integrations From idea to release, you will be the link for all teams: you will coordinate product, commercial, project office teams, keep track of milestones and deadlines, and remove blockers. It's important not just to reach an agreement, but to bring the project to a working solution in the product.

We expect that you

• Have at least three years of experience in strategic consulting and business development
• Can conduct comprehensive analysis of partner markets and assess the investment attractiveness of integration projects
• Have conducted complex negotiations and concluded partnership agreements
• Can work in cross-functional projects: coordinate different teams and drive initiatives to implementation
• Possess strong analytical skills and can work with large volumes of data for decision-making
• Have assessed risks and worked out cooperation terms that ensure value for both parties
