Senior Partner Development Manager

Our team is developing the partnership direction for Yandex's key advertising products. Over 600,000+ businesses grow with us each year — they attract clients, increase sales, and build brands using our AI solutions. We create mutually beneficial relationships with Russia's largest companies, whose clients include hundreds of thousands of small and medium-sized businesses.

Your mission is not just to work with partners, but to be a driver of growth. You will seek out and launch new cooperation formats, transforming the partner network into a powerful channel for attracting clients to Direct and Yandex Business.

This role is the perfect step for a strong manager who wants to grow into a business developer, take ownership of projects, and directly influence strategy.

What tasks await you

Development of the partner network and search for new opportunities You will identify and attract new strategic partners, as well as deepen cooperation with existing ones. Your task is not just to manage an account, but to constantly seek growth points: creating new special projects, commercial models, and integration formats.

Launching and overseeing projects You will be the full owner of cross-functional projects: from idea generation and task setting for analysts and project managers to coordination with related teams and launch. It's not just about administration, but about "pulling all the right strings" to achieve a result that brings in new revenue.

Performance analysis and identifying growth points You will analyze the results of partner activities, build hypotheses for their optimization, and propose new solutions to increase effectiveness. You will use data to make informed decisions about where to go next.

Working with key partners You will take on the management and development of long-term relationships with key partners. This involves solving complex issues and constantly searching for new joint initiatives.

We expect that you

• Have more than three years of experience working with large B2B clients or partners (in partner marketing, key account management, business development)
• Possess strong communication skills: you know how to negotiate, argue your position, and build trusting relationships at a high level
• Have experience in launching and managing projects (not necessarily as a project manager, but with an understanding of how to bring an idea to implementation)
• Think strategically and proactively: you don't wait for instructions, but see opportunities for business growth yourself
• Know how to work with data: analyze metrics, build hypotheses, and evaluate effectiveness
• Are focused on measurable results and understand how your work impacts business metrics (revenue, LTV, number of clients)

Will be a plus

• Have worked in partner marketing or affiliate networks
• Understand the specifics of the banking sector, telecom, or retail
• Are familiar with Yandex Direct and Yandex Business products
• Have mentoring or small team management experience (this will be a big plus for future growth)
• Possess your own network of contacts in our target industries
