Team Lead for Key Partner Relations in Travel
Yandex Travel service allows you to book a hotel, select and pay for train, plane, or bus tickets. To give users a rich selection, we are constantly searching for new partners and developing relationships with hoteliers.
We are looking for an active, hard-working person who is ready to dive into the specifics of the tourism industry and apply their experience in B2B sales and client work.
Working with hotels You will be developing the existing client base, building long-term relationships, being responsible for planning, operational and strategic interaction with clients. You will need to participate in building and improving the product for partners (acting as a project manager from the business side), conduct events, and train partners.
Team management You will set KPIs and monitor their achievement, develop, train, and motivate the team, as well as analyze and optimize workflows to increase efficiency.
